You’ll love the beautifully tiled bathroom with heated floors and a large walk-in shower, keeping you warm and comfortable even on cooler days. The outdoor space is equally spectacular, offering over 350 square feet of decks, porches, and screened-in patios. Imagine sipping your morning coffee to the soothing sounds birds chirping. Grill a few steaks on the back deck while marveling at the rocky cliffs and cascading water, over 40 feet above the creek below. General tidying up after yourself required. We charge a cleaning fee to manage the overall cleaning of the facility but you should plan to do the basics of cleaning yourself. The following are examples of unacceptable departures: 1. Food remnants visibly left on floors in house. 2. Dirty dishes left in sinks or on counters. 3. Leaving garbage strewn throughout facility versus places in trash bins. 4. Any condition that would draw unwanted pests. 5. Not removing bed linens and placing them in piles. 6. Arriving early or checking-out late without notifying the owner. If bookings are back to back, turnaround times are tight!
